Special thanks to:
- risky for submitting a few tracks and overall being the first (and only) user
seriously, this would help me out a lot, and give me motivation to work on lyrX more!
Want to submit a track? You can do that!
- Track data: title, artist(s), album, duration, Spotify URL of track
- Lyrics of the file in the .lrc format.. Timestamps are required.
Now submitting lyrics is done through the lyrX Discord server.
Go to the "track-requests" forum (link)
Copy the template from the post guidelines or the pinned post, fill out the values, and make the post.
It may take a few days to add the track to lyrX. Once it does you will be notified. You won't be notified if the track gets rejected.
Found invalid lyrics? Want to take down a track? Well, there are a few ways to do that
- Either go to the report page or use a link at the bottom of a track page
- Fill out the form and submit it
- Go to the page of the track you wish to report
- Press the Red flag button located on top of the lyrics container
- Select the lyrics you wish to report, and additionally add context.
- Submit the report using the button next to the context input.
